1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using CrossdresserLand, joining the waitlist, creating an account, submitting feedback, uploading content, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If CrossdresserLand later transfers operations to a limited liability company, corporation, or another legal entity, we may assign these Terms to that entity and will update these Terms where required.
2. Eligibility and private beta access
CrossdresserLand is for adults 18+ only. You may not use the service if you are under 18, if you are legally barred from using the service, or if we previously suspended or banned you.
The product is currently operated as a private beta. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Accounts, media, posts, and feature access may be reviewed, limited, approved, suspended, or removed to protect the community.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account, email, device, and session secure. You must provide accurate information where required, including age confirmation. Location fields, where offered, are coarse profile fields that you choose or confirm and may be edited by you. You may use a pseudonym, but you may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity for harmful purposes, or create accounts to evade enforcement.

4. Community purpose
CrossdresserLand is a private, SFW, non-dating community for crossdressers 18+. The service is built for support, style resources, groups, friendship, learning, confidence, and respectful conversation.
The service is not a dating app, hookup service, adult content platform, escort service, marketplace for sexual services, or public social network.
5. Community rules and acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Post nudity, pornography, explicit sexual content, fetish solicitation, or adult services.
- Use the service for dating pressure, hookups, sexual requests, grooming, or transactional sex.
- Harass, threaten, shame, stalk, blackmail, out, dox, or pressure another person.
- Post or request content involving minors, or interact with minors through the service.
- Share another person's private information, images, messages, or identity without consent.
- Upload illegal, hateful, violent, exploitative, abusive, or non-consensual content.
- Impersonate others, create deceptive profiles, or misrepresent affiliation with CrossdresserLand.
- Spam, scrape, crawl, harvest data, reverse engineer non-public APIs, or interfere with the service.
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass access controls, moderation, rate limits, or security systems.
- Use the service in a way that violates law or infringes another person's rights.
6. User content
You keep ownership of content you submit, including posts, comments, profile text, feedback, and media. You grant CrossdresserLand a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, moderate, transmit, and distribute your content as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content complies with these Terms. You are responsible for what you post. Do not upload content that identifies another person unless you have permission and it is appropriate for the community.
If you submit product ideas, feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
7. Media review and SFW standards
Media must be SFW and outerwear-only. We may review uploads, use moderation tools, create derivatives for review or display, restrict visibility, reject content, remove content, or require additional review. Approval of any content does not guarantee future approval of similar content.
8. Moderation and enforcement
We may investigate reports, review content, limit distribution, remove content, suspend features, revoke beta access, suspend or ban accounts, preserve records, notify affected users, or take other action we consider appropriate to protect the service and community.
We are not required to monitor all content and cannot guarantee that all harmful content will be removed immediately. You can report safety issues through the product or by contacting support.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information. By using the service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled according to that Policy. You may not use location or profile information to harass, stalk, out, dox, pressure, or target another person.
10. Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, media storage, email delivery, analytics, security, app distribution, and other operations. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
11. CrossdresserLand ownership
CrossdresserLand, including the brand, logo, software, designs, text, graphics, product structure, moderation workflows, and other service materials, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
12. Product changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, especially during private beta. We may also impose limits on storage, uploads, posting, access, or other product areas to protect performance, safety, or legal compliance.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms, create safety risk, misuse the service, create legal risk, or otherwise harm the community. Some provisions, including content licenses, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms, survive termination.
14. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
Content on the service is for community and informational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, mental health, financial, or professional advice.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossdresserLand, the individual operator, affiliates, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or unauthorized access, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CrossdresserLand, the individual operator, affiliates, service providers, and personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the individual operator resides, excluding conflict of law rules, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that are not required to be handled in another forum by applicable law.

18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product, law, or our practices change. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, app, email, or another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
